Pros
The capsule contains the same amount of dmannose as normal. But it has other good stuff blended in with it that is good for your gut too. If i can feel a better difference overall in 2 weeks, i know my urinary tract is healthier.
I take a pill, drink some water, and the next time i pee the germs go with it. Just make sure to take it 2 hours away from antibiotics. I even keep millet on hand for drinking millet water as this helps with utis and stones.

I found out that dmannose is very effective at preventing and even curing utis and is much more potent that drinking cranberry juice but has the same mechanism to carry germs out of the urinary track

Many times after intercourse or just randomly i will have that tingly irritating feeling you know what feels like the start of a uti

They are attracted to the sugars but the sugar in dmannose is not absorbed in your body and goes right through your system
