They come in the 3000 unit pill, which is what my doctor recommends for me. Still taking daily dosages. I like the 3000 iu size, it's hard to find, it is just what i needed!

The pills are smaller, but not too small that they are difficult for my arthritic fingers to handle. They are easy to * as well. Capsules are clear as they should appear. Easy to *.

I highly recommendthis vitamin. Found this alternative to freda vitamins. Highly recommend them.

Cons

Be careful with this. My vitamin d is still in the gutter. Didn't work, am on prescription ones now.

Nice to find vitamin d3 3000 iu in 1 dose at a reasonable price

The new fda regulations upped the daily value of vitamin d to 20 mcg which is the equivalent of 800 iu

Also the percent daily value was reduced from 750 dv to 375 dv even though the amount was still listed as 3000 iu

I have used other brands and feel a difference using zahlers vitamin d3

She prescribed the 3000iu which is hard to find

Unfortunately i had been unable to find anybody selling vitamin d3 in a 3000 iu strength even on amazon

These are 3000iu which is better than taking three that are only 1000iu
