Easy to *, easy digestion, no after taste; hopeful. It's tasteless and very easy to *. The taste isn't that great if the coating dissolves before you *, but it serves the purpose.

My levels are typically between 5 and 10 without supplementation. If you are lacking vitamin d take the higher dosage and see and feel the difference!

The vitamin d3 expires on 8/2019. On actual bottle it says 120 capsules. No ingredient written on actual bottle.
