Pros

These are nice just needing 1. They have a nice minty smell. The mint flavor isn't too noticeable. The pills are mini and are indeed easy to *.

As a vegan/gluten free/soy free person, this ticks all my boxes. Ingredients are good, but i do supplement with choline. I also like that it contains folate and not folic acid.

Cons

The new formula makes the pill almost unbearable to *. The bottle doesn't smell minty even though it has the mint bar (this bar smells like chemicals) and my hands smell fishy after grabbing a pill to take one. Smells fishy and sticky.

How absolutely despicable. Cleary they are careless. Will not reorder.

These supplements are mini sized so theres only so much that can be packed in there

I had hesitant first after seeing the price…but the ease and flavor in comparison to other brands are worth it to me

It does come with a mint insert to minimize any but it’s like night and day compared to the previous brand i took

I prefer this over the gummy versions
