My kids love the taste, plus easy to chew for by daughter that has braces. I love that they are not a gummy! One is picky eater so anything vitamin wise that i can get her take the better. They love them for the flavor and ease of chewing.

The chewables are larger and taste terrible. My kids refuse to eat them because of the taste.

It’s difficult to speak to the efficacy of the vitamin but i know that it would be zero percent effective if my kid refused to take it
