The instruction booklet is comprehensive and clear. Easy to use, instructions clear. Very easy to use and straightforward.
Cons
The device is easy enough to use, but even having observed all the manufacturer's cautions (short fingernails, ensuring finger is warm with good blood flow, finger correctly placed etc) the readings are so variable that it's not fit for purpose.

Battery lasts long and gives very accurate readings
Nice little product and easy to use from batteries supplied
As there is no measure against which to judge performance i can only say it seems to work well and has done so for a fair period now
