Don't buy this brand. This instrument is so inaccurate it kept reading that my o2 sat was 87-91 and of course i made an appointment to see my physician. There is no way my pulse was consistently that low.

Compared to a previous one i used its pretty much accurate

Earlier i bought another oximeter which is much more sensitive to skin temperature only registering when the skin is warm enough

I cannot say anything regarding the accuracy comparing it to pricier pulse oxs but it gets the job done for now
