Cons
The heater was properly mounted but only lasted 6 months. Warning light for "not fully submerged" blinks constantly. Only about 2/3 of the tank is water,and that is only 8 inches deep.

I think when i first put it in my 10g to warm up 1015 degrees though it took like three or four hours which seems kinda extreme

The more i look at it the more i wish id gotten a little stick heater or something because im just covering this up and it kind of defeats the purpose of having a digital display

If the thermometer reading is correct the heater is keeping the water at 1 degree plusminus from the set temperature

But as other reviewers have said if you have a smaller fish or is absolutely crucial that you block the space between the suction cups

Within one hour of putting this heater in the tank my betta was trying to wedge himself between them where he would have gotten trapped and burned to death

In the video i uploaded you can see that he tried to do the same thing at the top of the filter but that part isn’t as close to the glass so he can wiggle through

I blocked it with moss as well after i took the video because i don’t particularly want him resting behind the heater
