Only 2 or 3 frets were very slightly high maybe couple thousandths not enough to require any work

As i was tuning up those strings that round retainer popped off

The screw pulled out of the peghead because of the upward string pressure on the retainer as the strings were tightened

The bass arrived barely protected

It was in a foam bag and the only protection was some styrofoam blocks in a shaped cardboard box

To be fair it arrived completely undamaged

The setup is off way off but it only took a few minutes to get the intonation and string action dialed in
