Pros

The cutout in the middle is awesome as i'm a side sleeper and my shoulder does not have to rest on top of the pillow. Can be rolled up and put in a stuff sack to save space in luggage.

It cradles your head in a very comfortable way. Comfortable, spells great with the lavender.

Cons

I find this very frustrating because the original purchase was a huge lifesaver for me. Received product and took the pillow case off to wash per instructions.
