The box the product came in was placed in a bag that had tape wrapped many times around it

Though the product seems to work good

A little confusing to figure out how to set the product up unless you closely read the instructions for use very carefully and repeatedly

Charged the clock and the hidden camera wont even come on and the remote doesnt work so it worthless except to use as a clock
