They came in the oem packaging and in new condition as advertised by the seller
I route the cord inside my shirt with my ipod on my hip during workouts to keep it out of the way

Also i feel that yurbuds provide great sound for the price
I buy these yurbuds about once per year
Yurbuds overall sound quality surpasses the competition

If you dont get them in just the right way you will have to reposition them until they lock in
