Then i checked online for videos simply googling yurbuds fitting came up with a couple of instructional videos and when i followed them they just worked

My advice would be dont waste your time with the instruction sheet to work these out check the videos out instead

You just pop them in your ear twist them and they just work

I popped these back into the drawer with my running kit convinced id be sending them back
