I run with an ipod or itouch and even tho i tuck the cords under my clothes or leave them flapping in the wind the ear pieces always comes out and i spend a lot of time playing with them

Yur buds are sized to your ear and fit snug so they do not pop out while running or walking or vacuuming

Holding the right ear phone in your hand so the stem is straight up and down place the large opening over your earphone and rotate so that the small sound tunnel opening faces slightly inward

To wear bring the small opening on the yurbud toward your ear canal at an angle and insert into ear canal then gently push the back toward the back of your ear until it fits snugly
