    However the swivel hook that attaches the harness to the pack stands perpendicular to your body and it wore a hole in the skin on my back

    As i started to set it up i noticed that the adjustment buckles for the harness are sewn on different sides see photos

    Basically if you put the harness on one side will adjust from the outside the other side you have to reach inside to adjust

    You would have to twist the harness strap to have the offending adjustment buckle on the correct side defeating the purpose of comfort in wearing the harness for support

    They requested my mailing address and contact number and stated a replacement 3point harness would be sent

    Follow up later in the day and the seller advised the replacement has been processed and shipped but would take about 2 weeks to arrive as it is coming from china
