Sturdy vinyl. They are very durable, made of a thicker plastic, but pliable.

This is a poor design and i believe the eyelet should be relocated to another spot that doesn’t effect the waterproof area. The name of the product says it's clear, but the description says they're frosted. These are not waterproof.
