Pros
The arms are a little snug, but i also have been a lifter for 20 years. The material is pretty comfortable. It’s a lightweight shirt and it will look nice with jeans.
Cons
The fabric is 5% spandex and is very stretchy. Sleeves aren't fitting. Zipper is far from being smooth.
