Pros

I'm really chemically sensitive and wanted a pillow made from natural materials that wouldn't break my bank account" "very soft, conforms the way i want it to be as opposed to being stiff.

Cons

The smell is noticeable to guests. This odor is not worth the cost savings. There is a problem with putting down products in vacuum sealed bags that have been compressed.

Inserts are so thin! They flatten and really don’t offer any support, if any at all. My bra is thicker than these inserts. There is not much stuffing in them.

Big disappointment. Buyer beware. Well, those reviewers are correct. What a disappointment.
