As far as 3 im not too sure unless one is in and another is out or if you take both of the side spacers out altogether and maybe then it would become unresponsive

Its adjustable so once you get it dialed in its better

It is adjustable which allows you to change how easily it bites on the string which makes most tricks easier but limits how long it will spin on its own
