Pros & Cons
Pros
Works great, would recommend for anyone with a coop full of chickens. Instead of a more dangerous 250w heat bulb.
Cons
Just not a happy camper.
Highlights
Competitiveness
I put two of these in brooders and use 150w ceramic heat emitter bulbs or 150w heat bulbs
Much easier to control brooder temp than fry the chicks with a 250w bulb with its unsafe awkward requirements
Instead of a more dangerous 250w heat bulb
