Tablets per container, and serving size is 2 per day, so essentially a month supply. Suggested use is one capsule twice a day. The suggested use if 2 tablet per day for adults. I wish it was a 1 pill a day, but it is two.

Youtheory vegetarian joint collagen capsules. This capsule is a perfect solution for ovo-vegetarians. Most collagen supplements aren't vegetarian friendly so this is a rare find for me.

It is straight up *, intolerably *. The worst thing is that they smell and (ugh) taste like a lump of perfumed incense. There were only 52 pills in my 60 tablet bottle.
