Pros

It overhangs my 36 x 72 table, but drapes nicely under a tablecloth. It is soft and durable.

Quality table protection hover perfect size and thickness snd great value. No worries about spills and the flannel backing prevents scrapes from dishes. It's thick enough to protect the table from heat and spills.

Cons

The length of this table cloth is 2 inches too short. It also has very strong off-gassing smell when the package is opened. This tablecloth is full of bugs. Took my table apart and put tablecloth on and set the table again.

Will need some serious airing out, preferably out-of-doors. It’s going back, sadly.
