I was disappointed at first because this didnt come with wax paper strips

The machine melted the wax very quickly and didnt overheat the wax so that it was too hot going on your skin

The wax does not stick to the skin no oil is needed beforehand and the way does not drip off the stick at the right temperature

The wax does not drop around the sides and the lid keeps the wax where is supposed to be
