It did scare me at first but you’ll get more comfortable with it over time and start with the lowest setting
The best i’ve found so far is blume meltdown oil mixed with the ordinary niacinamide and blume moisturizer
But this paired with the right skin care i might get one new pimple a week and it’s not cystic

I received it the packaging is intact and its sealed in plastic

They dry out your skin causing your skin to produce more oil which leads to breakouts
