Pretty miraculous stuff. I like the pouch, which reseals and stands up nicely. My only gripe is with the packaging.
I take two capsules at night which helps my muscles release and sleep better and one capsule in the morning. They also make me feel a bit calmer.
Anxiety is like a rollercoaster your on the crescent before the drop sometimes for days.
Cons
Magnesium glycinate has zero effect on insomnia. It is quite pricey for the amount you get.
