Having suffered from recurrent utis for the past few years and having antibiotics numerous times and recently needing up to 3 courses to clear up infection i found this stuff initially bought tablets but they were so big they were very difficult to swallow and inevitably i stopped taking them daily as a preventive and id crush them when i had a flare up but they didnt mix with water very well
