I bought this product as it was recommended to aid better sleep and my sleep has certainly improved
I’ve only been taking these for a couple of nights but omg i’ve finally slept through the whole night anxiety and they feel great from taking 50mg a day to start with then 100mg after the intial dosage doesn’t seem to be doing much
