I recommend this book as a guide to let you know what you should be doing if your llc was wildly successful and for peace of mind if your llc is just a tiny venture like mine

What i like about the nolo approach is that the company wants to make legal affairs less about the lawyer and more about the client

Of course there is the tie in with the nolo website but not as bad as other nolo products we have purchased in the past where they obfuscated the real data by trying to entice you to use their site

That said consulting a business cpa would probably be in your best interest for a realtime analysis of how an llc would or would not be beneficial to you
