The colors start on the outside of the body like auras and then through activation processes they are brought inside to be used for their specific purpose

When i am finished and i look around immediately intentional universal activation will happen where i see the color i am working with in my environment

I started reading it chapter by chapter but a few weeks into it i found myself turning to the chapters of specific colors colors i was drawn to either to work with or what the meaning of a color i wanted to wear that day
