Pros
My only complaint is that i didn't get the heat tape that was listed as part of the package. The seller is amazing to communicate and he’s great to put discounts on the products. Would order again. Very pleased with this product.
Cons
Every straw in this package is unusable. Almost daily i am having a customer call or message stating the sliding cover on the lid has broken.
