Item was delivered quickly and well packaged. Needed some time to flatten out.
The surface seems very durable, and the wheels roll smoothly on it. This is quite thick and sturdy. It is durable and easy to clean.
Cons
The mat looks as advertised, but is too soft and doesn't allow the chair to roll. This not only looks unsightly but also creates a dangerous tripping hazard.
