Because of the long reach design unlike say the tim tam which is really just a jigsaw with a massage ball at the end without assistance you can actually get to hard to reach areas

The negative which is why i only give 4 stars would be the pressure is not powerful enough and if you put a lot of weight on it the nodes will stop working

My first one one was similar to this and it was not bad the only big difference was it wasnt cordless
