Pros

My shoulders, wrists and hands are grateful that i purchased this products. Two thumbs up. Wrist, finger and thumb all work well.

Lightweight and easy to use. It’s sturdy and has strong power. It is so easy to assemble.

It does all the hard scrubbing for me. Our kitchen, entryway, and laundry room are all tile floors. Cleaning up the scrubber and brushes were a breeze. And so much easier than a scrub brush!

The package includes 3 brushes and 3 device pack. Powerful battery and bristles. Loved the corner brush head.

Cons

Not a recommended purchase for sure. Definitely not waterproof.

Evidently all refunds/ warranty is handled through email. Same problem. That's when i pulled out the more rounded head.
