Don't consume this. It's scary to know this author has written two follow up books, undoubtedly rooted in the same create the life you love pseudoscience.

Her raspy voice puts emphasis on the wrong words, and just annoying and hard to listen to. She writes as if she's trying to appeal to a hip but rebellious young person. Her language can be triggering but also a bit too aggressive for my taste.
