The book suffers from survivorship bias. The author is an english major. This feels so unoriginal. Mel robbins is way better imo and much more authentic.

I have a prerogative to finish every book i start and this one was difficult. As i’m reading through it, the book feels vapid and empty. It breaks my heart to down review a book. I rarely write reviews, but this book was unbearable.

It adds to the misinformed hurtful rhetoric around mental illness. She compared a mental condition like phobia with simply having cold feet.

Don't consume this. Read with caution.
