Pros
I'm a certified hairstylist, licensed in three states and i can attest that this is good hair. The customer service is exvellent as well.
Cons
The hair is hard a d brittle, even after i soaked it 3 times in hot water, dyed it and it is still hard and brittle. Full of grey hairs and extremely stiff. Also larger than advertised and very stiff.
