The jaw plates are metal, with plastic faces that will not mar work.

Imagine a knuckle allows you to raise the handle up 90 degrees and that same handle is the one you have to lift up on to make the quick change in position.

So for in order for that to work you would have to turn the handle so the pin is up and down instead of sideways; tricky to say the least.

It can be done but it is a juggling act which happens right in the middle of use when you are fighting the glue up time.

The yost has an uneven sliver of light showing when clamped completely together.
