I live on the 4th floor so i can’t reach my windows from outside and there is no way to clean them from inside

I bought this to clean very annoying to get to windows

The cleaning pads are a little fragile and i got a lot of chatter quick startstops rather than smooth motion when i used it but it did clean and squeegee the single pane windows i was using it on pretty well
