I have tried to wear it when i am working but found that my elbow swells considerably after a couple hours which becomes extremely uncomfortable so have to remove

This may not be the case for everyone as a friend of mine can wear his for 6 or more hours with no effects

The strap does have a tendency to become unravelled because the inner slips from under the velcro strap

A tab of velcro on the inner sleeve would prevent this i think
