The white portion is a bright chalk like white with silver metallic showing through and a bit of the brownish cork color here and there

The paper appears to be composed of a layer of wall paper backing to apply the glue to then a solid sheet of silver metallic topped by real cork that has been painted a matt white color

So the silver metallic shows though all of the small holes and areas where the cork is absent

One benefit of this paper is there is no repeat pattern so you are able to use the entire roll

My comment though for anyone consider it it the designer candice olson used to have a tv show maybe still does not sure
