Of course i turn off the running water in order to hear and be heard but i always get the feedback that i sound distorted to them

Other than that it does the job of getting you wet and letting you know that their is a phone call

I have had no problems however i had lost the charger for the speaker a few days after i found it luckily i did relocate it however the customers service was not good at all

I contacted the seller and received no response till this day and i contacted them around august 1st i am very disappointed thought i would of been contacted back at a sooner matter or at least at all
