Cons
I mistook the picture as a whole package, that it included the grab bar. It's all lightweight plastic, even the silver piece in the pictures. The inner piece is not adjustable and it is a very cheap plastic that doesn't hold the bar.

Able to easily reposition vertically along length of safety bar loosen then slide updown and retighten does not allow tilting of shower head once shower head is in place

Easy to install but do to limited space behind bar must install vertical then rotate to horizontal then tighten up

You can move the shower head bracket to a different position that works best for your shower head

My old bracket did not hold the shower head in place and the force of the water made it turn and spray out of the shower enclosure
