Pros

They're quite a bit cheaper than even the cheapest bits you'll buy at a hardware store. The yellow appears to be a thick powder coat.

Cons

I bet the factory in china was really clamping down with a 3 jaw chuck. On the 45 degree bit, it has vibration. As it slows down to a stop i can see the bearing screw is wobbly.
