Update i have used this lens 3 times from the date that i bought it the lens never take any tipe of damagefirst time used with my canon 6d mark ii took a few shots and then my camera shows err 01 so i ended not using the lenssecond time use took another few shots and then err 01 shows againthirt time i couldnt even take a shot an derr 01 apeared again
The lens is great for the price but dont buy from this seller if you want the hood
