Quality
The quality is well worth the money and more it takes beautiful pictures
Picture quality is fairly good much better than i expected from a budget lens
Overall im happy with the quality of the picture it took the only problem was that the auto focus was a bit off so i mainly use manual
The lens feels cheep due to weight but the image quality is gorgeous

I loved the price of this lens
Yongnuo is proving that good quality products don’t have to be sold by an unfair price
It’s hard to explain what’s missing but for the price i can’t really complain

Felt kinda cheap when i took out of the box

At first i was kinda skeptical about it since i never owned any yongnuo products
On my bmpcc4k i have it attached to a viltrox efm2 ii and it works perfectly on it for me no autofocus
I got this instead of the canon brand
For a budget lens the yongnuo 35mm f2 is great

The lens will not perform at f1

It is made of plastic and can break if mishandled so i would get the 3 warranty for only 10 extra dollars

The following lenses cost a lot more but if you plan to only use apsc cameras then the following three lenses are a must

If want to your next camera to be full frame the yongnuo yn35mm is the cheapest lens that could make the transition and hold you over until you can buy better glass

The autofocus is extremely loud so get a mic and place it far from it when taking videos

Only gave 4 starts bc its pretty loud and the auto focus has a hard time focusing unless you use a camera with touch screen capability and you touch the screen where you want the focus
