I do not however love that 2 of the wood seats were split and 1 of the chairs has a screw that is not threaded and will not hold the back on

There response was “not to worry” they would send me 2 new seats and refund me for 1 chair as they are sold in packs of four

Update 917i received a refund for 1 of the chairs and 2 new wooden seats were sent to me
