Got this sensor to go with the started pack i purchased for our condo since some of the other owners in the building have had some water leaks they didnt catch quickly and resulted in a good bit of damage and needed one more to cover all water leak areas

For setup to work smoothly you really need to download the app setup your hub and register your account with yolink so you can complete all your account information since things like text messages alerts etc

Tech support could have been better when i called with a setup question so that took me a little time to decipher what i was told so a little more informationclarification on their end would have been nice and saved me some time

Critical alerts text messages email notifications voice notifications from alexa so no way you could miss getting notified if a problem comes up

I then realize the feet can easily be pushed up so that the metal sensors are lower
