Pros
Econet bulldog robot valve works with or without a wifi connection. The sensors connect to the hub which allows you to connect the hub to wifi and use the app to monitor and set up the sensors.
Saving me > $600/year. Both the mechanics and the networking are solid. Seems like two companies that each did something well.
Yolink + bulldog main valve actuator is peace of mind! The back up actuator battery is just one more safeguard. The motor is not a toy and seems to be well made. The batteries last 2 to 5 years and are easily changeable.
Cons
This is the third yolink hub i'm trying and it keep going offline. What is the point of having leak system and unable to close the valve.

Now water main will shut off if a leak is detected by the washing machine hot water tank and furnace

The best part is that if wifi or electric is down the yolink still closes the main water valve when the sensor detects a water leak

My only suggestion is to use yolink outlet control for boiler since when pressure relief valve leaked water shutoff but boiler continued to run ruining the circulation pump
