Great consistency and good flavor. Produces a very delicious yogurt. Since this is a product from london, united kingdom, this is understandable, but a tad confusing for those of us on the 'other' side of the pond.

Let it cool for about 45 minutes skim off any film that’s developed and stir in the starter culture

I tried doing it in a crockpot and i realized even the “keep warm” setting would overheat the culture and kill it turns out my kitchen thermometer was not very accurate

What i ended up doing the following times was that i turned on the keep warm setting hours in advance and then i let it cool down to around the correct temperature range while the milk was also cooling from the boil

You can save a little bit from the previous batch as starter to continue making more batches but i’ve never been a fan of doing that

I don’t think it’s that hygienic and i think that it starts tasting different after a few rounds
