Pros & Cons
Pros
Produces a very delicious yogurt. Great consistency and good flavor. Great for breakfast with granola or as a snack! Great for homemade yogurt. Good for those of us on the 'other' side of the pond.
Worked like a charm. Makes good yogurt. Winner, winner, acidophilus dinner.
Instructions are in celsius versus fahrenheit. Measurements are in litres. I use a dehydrator.
If it gets damaged by overheating or whatever, there are two more packets. I own an electric yogurt incubator (epica) which holds the temperature at the right temperature while the culture is incubating.
Cons
Yogurt comes out very runny every time. Have to strain it to thicken. Tastes sour like distill vinegar.

Competitiveness
It worked well but my storebought yogurt cost less to make a batch
Yogurti saw no difference in the final yogurt product by using this culture or 8 oz of storebought yogurt

Instructions on the packet is not detailed enough as the incubation time for the first batch is highly dependent on the method of incubation in my case was traditional method

Following the guide on their website is the fail proof method to go about activating the starter for the first time

I think this should be included in their description as this information is rather vague on here hence the reviews sighting a failed first batch

Tried all of the starter line

Easy to use you do need a yogurt maker

I tried doing it in a crockpot and i realized even the “keep warm” setting would overheat the culture and kill it turns out my kitchen thermometer was not very accurate
